The berries of juniper, collected from a juniper tree, are broken and soaked in water for 18 hours. During this time, the berries give all their juice, which is then filtered and boiled in tanks. As a result, all the water evaporates, and the remaining consistency is juniper syrup.
Our own production of Juniper Syrup (pekmez) is carried out in hygienic conditions and in a natural, traditional way. The resulting product does not contain any chemical additives.
